Bachmayer Accounting & Bookkeeping was founded in 2014.  During my time working for several accounting firms I was disappointed with the overall value offering delivered to clients by major accounting firms. The major accounting firms tend to charge fairly steep fees for service and the annual bill may be larger than expected. Productivity and internal budgets are prioritised over long term client outcomes and any non-billable issues are not addressed or pushed forward to next year. Every minute is recorded so that it can be billed to clients and surprisingly large bills are part of the service. The client usually receives a single annual face to face meeting along with the occasional call to chase up information relating to the BAS returns.

We Are Different.

It is our goal to drive profit first and foremost and plan for the best tax outcome during the year rather than deal with the consequences at year end. We believe that your accountant should not be someone you see only once a year and should not be someone you are scared to call for fear of a bill. We believe your accountant should be a part of your business and not an annual nuisance. We believe you should be able to call your accountant with queries without fear of a bill. We don’t believe in surprise bills.
